OUR LEGACY CLUB

Q: Do I have to be Black or African to join?

A: Not at all. While Our Legacy Club was designed with Black and African families in mind, anyone from any background who values
legacy, memory, and cultural preservation is welcome.

Q: I’m just starting and don’t know much about my family history. Is this still for me?

A: Yes. Our Legacy Club is built for beginners, seekers, and memory-keepers alike. We’ll help you start right where you are.

Q: How is this different from just journaling?

A: This isn’t a random reflection. It’s guided legacy-building with tools, rituals, and prompts rooted in heritage and identity.

Q: What if I don’t have time every week?

A: You can go at your own pace. The Club is designed to support your journey — not pressure it.

Q: Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership later?

A: Absolutely. You can adjust your membership tier anytime based on your needs.

Q: What do you mean by "Custom Work"?

A: Legacy Bespoke clients receive private consultations and Done-For-You deliverables such as printed storybooks, family narrative recordings, or archive kits.

LEARN IGBO NOW

Q: Do I need to be Nigerian or Igbo to learn?

A: No! Learn Igbo Now is for anyone curious about the Igbo language and worldview — whether you're diaspora, reconnecting, or just fascinated by culture.

Q: Is it too hard to learn the tones?

A: We break it down through colour-coded sheets, stories, and sounds. All languages are sound systems — you just need to train your ear.

Q: Do you teach grammar?

A: We teach the grammar that’s useful — not the kind that makes you sound robotic. We balance spoken street-level fluency with standard reading-level Igbo (Izugbe).

Q: Can children use this too?

A: Yes! We have a Kids’ Starter Kit, printable sheets, and visual tools for learners of all ages.

Q: Is this for classroom use or self-learners?

A: Both. Learn Igbo Now is perfect for self-paced diaspora learners and is also expanding to teacher certification.

Q: Will there be live courses or just downloads?

A: We offer both — from recorded bootcamps to printable packs and interactive story-based courses.

Our live bootcamps / courses are usually by the beginning of the year. We will announce it in the legacy letter.

CULTURAL CREATOR

Q: Who is Cultural Creator for?

A: For educators, media teams, and content creators seeking culturally accurate storytelling rooted in Black, African, and Igbo contexts.

Q: Is this only for corporate clients?

A: Not at all. We support individuals, small teams, and institutions. Cultural insight is needed at all levels.

Q: What is the Cultural Safety Sprint?

A: It’s our signature service — a 1:1 intensive designed to help you audit, refine, and responsibly represent culture in your creative or learning project.

Q: What else do you offer?

A: Toolkits, webinars, and resources are available in our shop to support deeper learning and presell our services.

Q: Do you offer ongoing support?

A: Yes. We offer retainers and follow-up consulting for select clients who complete the Sprint.

Q: Do you only work with Black content?

A: Our specialty is Black, African, and Igbo representation — but we work on any project that values integrity and cultural safety.

SMART SYSTEMS

Q. What exactly is a Virtual Advisory Board?

A. A Virtual Advisory Board is a collection of custom GPT-powered advisors trained on decades of industry expertise and your specific business context. Think of it as having C-suite level strategic thinking available 24/7—like having a marketing director, financial advisor, and operations expert you can consult whenever you need guidance, without the £10,000+ monthly retainer fees.

Q. How is this different from using ChatGPT or other AI tools?

A. Generic AI tools give generic advice. Our Virtual Advisory Boards are custom-built for your specific business, industry, and challenges. They understand your mission, know your market context, and provide strategic guidance calibrated to your values. It's the difference between asking a stranger for directions and consulting with advisors who know your business inside and out.

Q. Can AI really provide quality strategic business advice?

A. Our Virtual Advisory Boards aren't just AI chatbots—they're trained on proven strategic frameworks, industry best practices, and your specific business context. Whilst they don't replace human judgement, they provide expert perspectives that inform better decision-making. Many clients tell us their virtual advisors help them think through decisions more systematically than they ever have before.

Q. What does a Virtual Advisory Board cost?

A. Investment varies based on your needs:

Starter Board (3 core advisors): Perfect for solo entrepreneurs
Growth Board (5-7 advisors): Ideal for small teams
Enterprise Board (10+ advisors): Comprehensive support for complex organisations

We offer both one-time setups and monthly plans. Book a free strategy session to discuss options that fit your budget—we work with purpose-driven businesses of all sizes.

Q. How long does it take to build my Virtual Advisory Board?

A. Typically 2-3 weeks from start to finish:

Week 1: Strategy session and advisor design

Week 2: Custom training and testing with your feedback

Week 3: Refinement and team training

You'll have input throughout the process to ensure each advisor feels authentic to your business approach.

Q. Do I need any technical skills to use this?

A. Not at all. Using your Virtual Advisory Board is as simple as having a conversation. If you can ask a question, you can get strategic guidance. We handle all the technical setup and provide training so you and your team feel confident using your new advisory resources.

Q. Will this change my business's authentic voice?

A. Never. Our approach is about amplifying your authentic voice, not replacing it. Your Virtual Advisory Board is trained to understand and preserve your unique communication style, values, and approach whilst providing strategic guidance that aligns with your mission. Many clients say it helps them sound more like themselves, just more strategically.

Q. What if the advice doesn't feel right for my business?

A. During the build process, we test and refine each advisor based on your feedback. If something doesn't align with your business or values, we adjust the training until it feels authentic to your approach. We don't consider the job done until you're completely confident in the guidance you're receiving.

Q. Is my business information secure and private?

A. Absolutely. We follow strict data protection protocols and never share your business information. Your Virtual Advisory Board is built specifically for your organisation and remains completely private. You own your data, and we maintain the highest security standards throughout the process.

Q. How do I know if Smart Systems is right for my business?

A. Smart Systems works best for purpose-driven professionals and small business owners who:

-Make strategic decisions without expert input

-Want to scale impact without losing authenticity

-Need C-suite level thinking but can't afford traditional advisory fees

-Value sustainable growth over rapid scaling

-Want systems that align with their mission and values

BLACK UNCOVERED

Q: What is Black Uncovered?

A: A reconnection storytelling platform that helps people of Black and African descent heal identity wounds and reclaim erased roots.

Q: Does this replace DNA testing?

A: No — but it goes beyond it. Reconnection starts with you, not a test. The Cultural Compass Kit helps you begin meaningfully, with or without a DNA result.

Q: I live in Africa. Is this still relevant?

A: Yes. Many Africans have grown up disconnected from their own heritage due to colonial legacies, social class, or education gaps. Black Uncovered serves both diasporans and locals.

Q: Is this a genealogy tool?

A: Not exactly. It’s an identity restoration platform that uses culture, stories, and ancestral cues — not just data.

Q: Do I need to be ‘Black enough’?

A: Absolutely not. There is no gatekeeping here. We meet you where you are and help you reconnect with depth, clarity, and dignity.

Q: Can I buy the Journal directly?

A: Yes — through our shop, where you’ll also find tools and prompts to support your reconnection path.
